How fast does the bot grab Sixt rides?

The bot accepts matching rides in under 300 milliseconds — typically before other drivers even see the offer appear in the app.

Do I need to keep the app open?

No. SixtBot runs independently in the cloud. You do not need to keep any app open. The bot monitors and catches rides regardless of your phone or browser state.

Is SixtBot the same as a ride grabber?

Yes. "Sixt bot", "Sixt grabber", and "Sixt automation" all describe what SixtBot does — it grabs rides automatically based on your rules.

Filters & Scheduling

What filters can I set?

Price floor, maximum pickup distance, allowed pickup/drop-off zones, vehicle class, active hours, blackout windows, and no-go areas. All filters are combined with AND logic.

Can I change filters while the bot is running?

Yes. Changes apply immediately. The next ride offer will be evaluated against your updated rules with no restart required.

Does the bot respect my schedule?

Yes. Set active hours, off days, and blackout windows. The bot only auto-accepts rides during times you are available.

Will the bot double-book me?

No. Conflict detection checks your existing accepted rides before accepting a new one. Overlapping rides are automatically rejected.

Security & Privacy

Is my Sixt account safe?

Yes. Your credentials are encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). We use least-privilege access and never store your password in plain text.

Do you store my credit card?

No. We do not store, process, or have access to any card details. Payment processing is handled through secure third-party providers.

Can I revoke access?

Yes. You can disconnect your Sixt account from SixtBot at any time through your dashboard.
